ppg > flexofilm, a specialist for film packaging, carrier bags and agricultural films, was set up under the name of Holdorfer Kunststoffwerke in 1963 in Holdorf near Osnabrück.
Following restructuring, the company operated under the name Flexo-film GmbH from 1999 onwards.
In 2005, the company was acquired by WEGO-Flexodruck GmbH.
In 2007, Ludwig Fr. Noltemeyer a company with a long tradition and based in Braunschweig joined the Group as a new sister company. At the beginning of 2011 ppg > noltemeyer has been moved to Trebbin.
Our first 10-colour intaglio printer went into service at the beginning of 2008.
At the end of 2008, the holding company was set up in Oldenburg as the umbrella for all member companies in prepacgroup.
2009: The holding company changes its name to prepacgroup and the names of the individual sites to in ppg > noltemeyer, ppg > flexofilm and ppg > wegoflex.
